What's better than Ice Cream? FREE Ice Cream!!!!!!

I have taken my children the last couple of years, its a GREAT way to be able to treat my children to some DELICIOUS ice cream and be able to afford it as well, lol.
Last year News Anchors were "working" the lines and serving ice cream as well, all donations went to Charity.

How awesome is that? Free ice cream and donations going to Charity!! Yayy!!!!

DATE NIGHT 2 catchin up from tuesday.... 12-1-9

so today my "mom" took all the kids with her and great gramma to the hotel to spend the night, Will and I were all excited and said we were going to go out tonight.

we talked about where we could go, i thought we could go out for my "late" birthday night, so i was extra excited.

Mom took the kids around 6pm and Will suggested we go out to a movie, it wasnt the thing i was excited about so i made a "face" :( lol,
he loves going to movies so he was not happy i didnt jump up and say "yayy" lol. i suggested we go to dave & busters, or miniature golfing, batting cages, go karts like we were going to do on our last night out (but it rained so we couldnt do anything, lol)

so this is how our night went.........



so around 2am, I decided i was going to treat myself since the night seemed to be over,

this is what was left from mom visiting........

so i made myself a bowl of ice cream and magic shell syrup and read blogs and watched t.v, lol


WHAT A DATE NIGHT!!!!
i guess this is when i realized we are finally 100% full time exahusted parents, lol, when your date night turns into a coma...

hahahaaaaa

a well deserved ice cream cone ;)

well, jessica called me this morning to tell me that
ben n jerry's was giving free ice cream today.

since we met jessica and will, they have spent a lot of time with us and the kids. the kids are nuts about them, and her and will love the kids as well.

so we made plans to pick her and will up to go get ice cream.
we picked up my will, and headed downtown to ben n jerry's for some ice cream.

when we got there the linse was long, but it went fast.
the kids all got their chpice of ice cream, and a news anchor from our local news station was one of the serveers, so the girls thought it was really cool.
we all had our ice cream and got to taste each others flavors, so we went back in line and got to have more ice cream. all donations were given to the san diego county humane society, so it was for a wonderful cause.

the kids and i finally got to leave the house after days of being stuck insede because of this heat and my depression.

after that, we dropped off jessica and will, and we headed home.
