#canyoutopthis project round 2

I was so excited about last round of projects, that I couldn't wait for round #2 to begin.
As you may know my computer was broken, and on it were all of the pictures of the project I began, as it happens, a few posts I went to do at Kinko's never were able to be saved because my time was up on the computer.  I lost them, in those was my post for my #canyoutopthis project.

So I have very few pictures since I am at Kinko's right now trying to make it before the deadline.
This is my project, I chose to make a different kind of vision board.  If you have read my post (about 4 posts before this one) you will see that I have been going through SO MUCH, and so I decided to do something different.  Instead of making a vision board, with cut outs of material things and things I want to do in the new year; I am making a board of love.

On this board I am not going to have materialistic things, because I don't want to focus on that.  I am not having cut outs of things I want to accomplish because I will be sad to look at them if they were to not happen.  SO, instead my vision of board makes so much sense.

I only glued cut outs and words of things that make ME happy.  That's all, things I LOVE, things that will help me feel loved, and see that I am loved.

On the right side panel is "Marriage Love"  my husband and I, our relationship, past, present and future.  The way I want it to be, and remember it during better days.

On the left side panel is "My children's love, & Family's love"  On this side I chose words to remind me of what's important, of the Family that is there for and with me always.  Of the Family that I want to always work on so we can be the best we can be.

On the middle panel is me.  The one who bears all of the Family's burdens and worries, the one who has broken down before, the one who needs the inspiration ;)  I put words and cut outs of things that make me happy, ways I want to feel, things that make me smile ;)

I know it's not something fancy, but it's my new way of thinking for the new year.  Time to leave all the negative behind!!! ;)

I used a Elmer's tri-fold board, Elmer's glue dots, Elmer's all purpose glue, and Elmer's spray adhesive.
This is my entry for the #canyoutopthis project that is due in a couple of hours. ;)  now I can finally leave Kinko's for tonight ;)

I purposely left the bottom part blank, I will enter pictures and things I have accomplished in the 2011 ;)

  1. I Like this a lot better than a dream board as it is not so depressing if like you said I did not accomplish something I had wanted to do. I think one of these would be nice over my desk to look at on a daily basis when I am starting to get stressed as hings do not seem to be getting down as fast as I would like them too.
